Abonnements und Rückerstattungen
SportPicker bietet Abonnements (Pro und Ultra) im Web über Stripe und in den Apps über Apple App Store oder Google Play an; RevenueCat hilft uns, den Abonnementstatus zu synchronisieren.
Der monatliche Pro-Plan enthält eine 3-tägige kostenlose Testphase für neue Nutzer. Wenn du während der Testphase kündigst, wird nichts berechnet.
Bei aktiven Abonnements wird die Kündigung zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam. Du kannst den Service bis zum Ablauf weiter nutzen.
Wir erstatten keine bereits bezahlten Zeiträume. Mobile Rückerstattungsanfragen unterliegen den Regeln von App Store oder Google Play.
Du kannst dein Abonnement über die Profilseite verwalten oder kündigen: im Web öffnen wir das Stripe-Portal, auf Mobilgeräten die Abonnement-Einstellungen des Stores.
