Abonnements et remboursements
SportPicker propose des abonnements (Pro et Ultra) sur le web via Stripe et dans les apps via Apple App Store ou Google Play ; RevenueCat nous aide à synchroniser le statut de l'abonnement.
Le plan Pro Mensuel inclut un essai gratuit de 3 jours pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. Si vous annulez pendant l'essai, vous ne serez pas facturé.
Pour les abonnements actifs, l'annulation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Vous pouvez continuer à utiliser le service jusqu'à l'expiration.
Nous ne remboursons pas les périodes déjà payées. Les demandes de remboursement mobile suivent les règles de l'App Store ou de Google Play.
Vous pouvez gérer ou annuler votre abonnement depuis la page Profil : sur le web nous ouvrons le portail Stripe, sur mobile les réglages d'abonnement de la boutique.
